Surface Treatment Device

The Surface Treatment Device is installed in between feeder and first deck of a metal offset printing machines. The device is used for cleaning the surface of the substrate before printing processing. It can remove oil residues as well as other organic matters on the surfaces of the sheet, to enhance surface roughness and adhesive force so as to improve printing performance.

Advantages

  • The cleaning method is dry cleaning. There is no additional drying process needed for the surface of the substrates after cleaning so that cleaning procedures can be simplified and cleaning cost can be reduced.

  • The device adopts contactless cleaning. It brings no damage and no change in performance of the substrates while effectively removing contaminant.

  • The device is suitable for multiple substrates, including ETP, TFS, aluminum, etc.

  • The cleaning is environmental-friendly. There is no chemical reagent required thus no effluent is produced, protecting physical health of the operators.

  • The device can run synchronized with the printing machine. It runs automatically with concise procedures and easier operations to lift efficiency.

  • The device adopts rotating nozzle design to evenly cleaning surface of the substrates.
