PowerUV SG curing system is the revolutionary curing system for UV base coatings and varnishes. UV coating and varnishing is the state-of-art technology in metal printing without burning natural gas or other fuels. It inherits all the advantages from UV printing technology. By adopting this technology, together with UV/LED printing, metal printing factories are able to fully get rid of tunnel ovens and exhaust treatment devices to realize a 100% green manufacturing. Due to significant lessened time of the processing, leveling of the lacquer has been the biggest problem in UV coating & varnishing. To solve this problem, we integrated several leveling units into the line. This unique design improves the evenness and smoothness of the finished surface to a great extent.
