PowerUV D018 Curing System

PowerUV D018 is a matured UV curing system for the drying of inks for metal printing, and is well proven by the market. With short warm-up time and high-efficient mercury light bulbs, the system provides low energy cost and efficiency compared to conventional gas oven, making the printing process direct and fast.

This system provides curing after printing on metal surfaces of beverage cans, food cans, aerosol cans, chemical pails or cans, lids, drums, metal sheets as well as other metal sheet packages by using UV technology. It is the essential system for metal offset decorating.

Components

Interdeck Curing Lamps, End Curing Unit, Cooling Unit, Inspection Unit, Servo Stacker. Also equipped with DEL Smart Control System and DEL Cloud Service*.

Performance

  • The system uses focused reflector to concentrate UV light, increase curing efficiency to benefit for thicker ink film.

  • Touch screen with automatic control to allow better ham-machine communication.

  • Each lamp is equipped with an accumulative timer, convenient to monitor the lamp’s working time and aging status.

  • The lamp tubes and reflectors can be adjusted up and down with an adjustment range of ± 75 mm.
